The café is located at the first floor of Hotel Gubernskaya at 74 Kazanskaya Street.
During the day it’s opened for anyone, and in the evening — primarily for the hotel’s clients. If there are vacant seats, Kirov’s residents are free to take them up.
Menu: European and Russian cuisine. Average check: 100 to 300 rubles.
Breakfasts, dinners and suppers included in the accommodation cost are offered at the time of your convenience. Self-servicing of foods and drinks worth up to 200 rubles upon persentation of a coupon. Executed at reception (below the sign “Registration Desk”).
Arrangement of banquets and standing buffets. The hall lease is not charged.

Our conference hall is located at the hotel’s first floor.
Seating capacity: 32 (maximum), 24 (regular).
The hall’s architecture style is classic, with tables and chairs made of wood.
The clients lodging in the hotel get free two hours.
Rates:

Tables are arranged as preferred by the client.
